High temperature is recognized as one of the extreme environments in application shotcrete which significantly deteriorate performance shotcrete. This paper reviews mechanical properties and microstructure under high temperature. First all, this cause formation ground Based on these causes, author establishes a heat transfer model with spiral shape by introducing multidimensional morphological formula into conduction process. Then, influence micro shotcrete, cooling technology temperature, optimization research The discusses thermal parameters deformation from perspective thermodynamics. Multiple studies have shown that irregular movement disorderly overlapping molecules caused environment result premature termination hydration reaction cement Finally, suggests challenges high-temperature term process structure, optimization, special engineering fields. intends to give guidance those conducting promote further development technology.
